A George II Oak Low Boy. The table with an ogee mould edge top, the front corners slightly rounded, above a frieze set with one long drawer and two shorter deeper drawers, surrounding an arcaded centre. The drawers with rounded return mould edges, brass pierced back plate handles, and raised key hole escutcheon. The low boy standing on four cabriole legs, the legs tapering to pointed pad feet. Date c 1750. Height 28 inches, width 30 1/2 inches, depth 17 1/2 inches.
