A George II Oak Side Table. The top with an ogee mould edge, above a frieze set with a long drawer. The drawer with return mould outer edges, and brass bat wing plate handles, with matching escutcheon plate. The lower rail with an ogee moulding as per the top edges, and the table standing on four ring turned, and shaped legs, joined by stretchers with thumb nail mouldings to the top edges. The legs continuing to turned button feet. Date c 1740. Height 26 1/2 inches, width 30 inches, depth 19 1/2 inches.
