GEORGE III BUTLER'S TRAY

A George III mahogany butler's tray and stand, the tray with ratchet hinged sides, each side with an open hand- hold, folding to the horizontal, to turn the rectangular tray with raised sides to an oval flat tray. The centre of the tray with four rectangular panels held within broad rails. The "X" frame folding stand, with straight legs, joined by stretchers.
