A George III Mahogany Cellarette. The Cellarette, with an octagonal lid, opening to reveal the interior fitted with divisions for bottles. The lid with a brass banding, repeated in two bands to the downward and inward tapering body. The upper band fitted with a pair of ring handles. The body resting on the octagonal mould edged stand, supported by flute and mould legs, finished with squat castors. Height 28 1/2 inches, width 18 inches, depth 18 inches. Circa 1770Ref: 21096
