An 18th Century Mahogany Serpentine Shaped Tea Table. The table with a hinged top, faced with a rounded mould edge, and veneered with good boot matched figured mahogany. The table opening on a rear gate leg action. The frieze fluted, and following the serpentine shape, finished with good outward canted legs, with chamfered inner edges. The legs fluted as per the frieze. Date c 1760. Height 28 1/2 inches, 73cm. Width 36 inches, 45cm. Depth 17 3/4 inches, 45cm.Ref: 21730
