A Pair of 19th Century Giltwood Arm Chairs, each chair with an oval pad back, stuff over seat and arm pads.

The backs with a rolled leaf top, egg and dart edges, ans channel moulding. The arms with leaf decorated hand holds, and outswept supports, finished with leaf carving. The blocks with paterae decoration, above tapering legs, with fluting and brass castors.

Height 39" Width 25" Depth 20"

Very well carved and with slightly worn gilt make them a very nice decorative pair.
