A Pair of Childs Windsor Chairs. The pair of early 19th century yew wood childs windsor chairs, each with a hoop back enclosing spindle supports and a pierced and shaped back splat. The lower hoop forming the arm rests, supported by splayed turned and tapered uprights. The elm saddled seats standing on the splayed and turned tapered legs, joined by turned and tapered cross stretchers. Height 28 inches, 71cm. Width 18 inches, 46cm. Depth 15 1/2 inches, 39cm.
