A Pair of George III Yew Wood and Elm Windsor Chair. The hooped backs enclosing pierced splats, and tapering spindles. The arms supported by curved and tapered uprights. The elm saddle seats with line mould edges. The whole on ring turned tapering legs, with crinoline stretchers. Extensive use of yew wood in the backs, rails, spindles, splats and stretchers.
Very good 'skin' and patination and in excellent condition.
