A Regency Mahogany Cellarette. With a raised concave sided lid, the concave sides of the lid weeping to turret corners. The rim of the lid decorated with carved leaf and gadroon decoration. The body of the cellarette with inward and downward tapering sides, finished to each corner with rounded tapering reeds, meeting the turret corners. The cellarette standing on four carved lions paw feet, holding recessed castors. The interior of the cellarette fitted with bottle divisions. Date c 1820.
