A Tall Mid 19th Century Wellington Chest.

The top with crossbanded vertical edges, above a graduated range on eight drawers.  Each drawer mahogany lined, fitted with dust catchers and mounted with a pari fo turned wood knobs.  The drawers held within a hinged drawer slat, with original lock and key.  The whole standing on a plinth base.

Date c 1850.

Height 59 inches, width 24 inches, depth 16 inches.
