A Tall 19th Century Oval Walnut Pedestal Cupboard. The cupboard with a flatten back to stand against a wall. The raised top surrounded by an ogee collar. The body with a long door, flanked by reeded and fluted pilaster mouldings topped with spreading flowers. The interior with three shelves. The cupboard standing on an ogee mould, and thence the plinth base. The whole veneered in well figured walnut, with the door veneered in quartered burr walnut. In excellent condition throughout, complete with lock and key. Height 54 3/4 inches, with 24 inches, depth 15 inches. Date c 1830.Ref: 21253
