19th Century Walnut and Inlaid Table. The square top with a stepped and rounded edge, surrounding a crossbanded outer, enclosing panels of inlaid leaves and flower heads, alternating with burr walnut panels. The centre inlaid with a scene of a town, seen thought an ionic column gate. The top standing on ring turned legs, splaying outward to square section feet. The legs joined by an under tier inlaid to the outer edges in panels as per the top, surrounding a central panel of a bird perching in a tree. Complete with small frieze drawer. Date c 1850. Height 27 inches, width 22 inches, depth 22 inches.Ref: 20820
