19TH C GLASS CELERY VASE

A 19th Century Glass Celery Vase. The vase with an out swept rim over the body gently tapering to the rounded lower bowl, raised on waisted stem and rounded socle, spreading into the circular foot, with a polished pontil underside. The vase decorated with rising reeds, tapering and converging to follow the rim of the vase. Date circa 1850. Height 10 3/4 inches, 27.5cm. Diameter 5 1/2 inches, 14cm.
