A 19th Century Hip Flask with an orb cover rotating on a bayonet catch to open and close. The lid hinged on a neck collar, over the rounded shoulders of the glass body. The lower body with a slide off cup. The cup with a rounded rim, the lower side rounding to a flat oval foot rim. Hallmarked for Samuel Morden, London 1896. Height 5 3/4 inches, 14.5cm. Width 3 1/4 inches, 8.5cm. Depth 1 1/4 inches, 3.5cm.Ref: 23809
