A Set of six 19th century Claret Glasses. Each generous bowl with straight sides tapering inward and downward, the lower half of the bowls cut with broad rising flute decoration. The stems with knopped centres, the stems finished with ring socles, spreading onto a circular foot. The undersides with ground pontils. Height, 5 ½ inches. Diameter, 3 ½ inches. Circa 1850Ref:
