SET OF EIGHT 19TH C CHAMPAGNE GLASSES

A Set of Eight 19th Century Champagne Flutes. Each with a tall tapering bowl, decorated with eight rising slice cut panels. The cut glass decoration continuing to the octagonal stems, with facet decorated knops, above a small socle, and thence the spreading circular foot. The undersides with ground pontils. Date c 1850. Height 6 3/4 inches, width 2 1/2 inches, depth 2 1/2 inches.
