The George II walnut dressing mirror, with an arcaded frame, the pediment inlaid with a star burst, above the double profiled quarter cut moulding, enclosing the plate. The mirror hinged between mould faced uprights, topped with acorn finials. The box base outward swept, cross banded, and strung with line inlay, to the top, and long drawer. The drawer with good oak liners and mounted with axe head brass handles and a key hole escutcheon plate. The whole raised up on shaped bracket feet. Height: 31 inches Width: 18.5 inches Depth: 11.5 inches C. 1730
