GEORGE III GILT WOOD MIRROR

A George III Carved Gilt Wood Mirror. The mirror with a scrolling leaf pediment, the sides with flowering trees growing from rocky ground, and rising toward the pediment. The lower edge of the mirror finished likewise with scrolling decoration. The oval plate held within outward spreading leaves. Circa 1770. Height 31 1/2 inches, 80cm. Width 20 inches, 50cm. Depth 1 1/2 inches 4cm.
