A Large 19th Century Carved Gilt Wood Mirror, With a scrolling leaf pediment, hung with hare bells, flowing into the shaped sides, with emerging leaves and flowers. The body sweeping into a leaf and flower decorated bottom, the leaves spreading from a central lion mask. The original plate held within the ogee frame, decorated with overlapping leaves. Complete with original wood back. Date c 1840. Height 45 inches, width 23 inches, depth 2 inches.Ref:
