A Pair of 19th century Oil Paintings on panel.


The  two pictures depicting scenes of Sheep grazing and resting in a field, with a Shepherdess and more sheep in the background. The companion oil depicting the Sheep now in a briar, standing and lying down on straw bedding.

Both pictures signed, Joseph van Diegham.

Joseph van Diegham was active 1843 to  1885

The  panels within gilt frames.


Circa 1860


Each picture measures 14 1/2 inches wide, 12 inches across and 2 inhes in depth.
