19TH C MARBLE BOWL

A 19th Century Marble Vase, Mable Bowl. The rim carved with broad lapets, sweeping into a concave collar. The body of tazza shape, carved with broad gadroons, tapering downward and inward to the shaped and ringed column, which spreads outward to the square plinth base. Date c 1830. Height 8 1/2 inches, diameter 12 inches.
