A 19th century Stick Barometer. The concave and stepped edged pediment above the glazed dial, reading for the barometric pressure of yesterday and today, with sliding cursors operated by the two button knobs on the upper body. The dial with weather indications relating to the barometric pressure. The main body mounted with a thermometer, and the lower body with a raised ogee edged cistern, finished to the bottom with a concave mould to repeat the form of the pediment.
