19TH C SHAGREEN TEA CADDY

A 19th Century Silver Plated and Shagreen Tea Caddy. The lid with an ogee and domed shape, rising to a wyvern twist finial. The corners and edge with reeded and fluted edging. The bombe body with corner edging following the line of the lid, and sweeping down to four ball and claw feet.
