A Good Quality and Heavyweight Late 19th Century Silver Plated Wine Cooler. 
The rim with a leaf cast decoration above a broad campana shaped body, the body mounted with a pair of handles cast as vine leaves enhanced with chasing.
The circular convex foot with leaf decoration to compliment the rim and handles.
In good condition throughout, just needs a clean.
