GEORGE III SILVER TODDY LADLE

A George III Silver Toddy Ladle. The baleen twisted handle with a silver cap, tapering slightly inward at the bottom to a silver collar, and thence the oval, rounded bowl, with an outward rolled rim. The centre of the bowl inset with a George I coin. Date c 1740. Height 15 inches, width 2 3/4 inches, depth 2 1/2 inches.
