A Pair of 19th Century Silver Candlesticks. Each candlestick with a lift out drip pan, decorated with spreading leaves to the hexagonal, scallop rims. The waisted and ringed vase shaped candle holders resting on knopped stems decorated with falling leaves, over rising fluted and opening leaves, the stems finished with a ringed socle before the hexagonal stepped scallop bases, decorated with spreading leaves to each corner, as per the drip pans. The undersides enclosed. Hallmarked for Waterhouse Hudson, Sheffield 1828. Height 9 inches, 23cm. Width 5 1/2 inches, 14cm. Depth 5 1/2 inches, 14cm.Ref: 23088
