A Silver Christening Mug, the cylindrical body tapering outward and downward, the rim and foot rim each with a stepped edge and beaded band. The body with good engraved decoration of leaves, intertwined with strap work and fleur de lys. The decoration surrounding a vacant cartouche, the handle with raised leaf decoration to the corners of the reeded hand grip.
Hallmarked for London, 1866, makers mark is rubbed.
