19TH C SPICE TOWER

A 19th Century Sycamore Spice Tower. The spice tower with a circular cover, ring decorated with a central slightly concaved disc, the rim with concave and convex shaping. The lid unscrewing to three barrels, titled 'MACE' 'GINGER' and 'ALL SPICE'. Finished with an ogee profile foot. Date circa 1850. Height 6 inches, 15cm. Diameter 3 1/2 inches, 9cm.
