An 18th Century Bronze Figure of Venus. The goddess depicted with her hair gathered within a bank, which she adjusts with her raised right hand. In her left hand she holds a small amphora. She stands naked, on a square plinth base. Date circa 1770. Height 8 1/2 inches, 22cm. Width 2 3/4 inches, 7cm. Depth 2 1/2 inches, 6cm.Ref:
