19TH C BRASS FOX DOOR PORTER

A 19th Century Brass Door Porter, Door Stop. With an oval loop handle, over the shank, tapering outward and downward, through rounded collars, to an elongated baluster, and spreading socle, to meet the fox head base. The fox, with ears raised, as he looks forward. The door porter raised on slightly splayed peg feet. Height 18 1/2 inches, 47cm. Width 5 inches, 13cm. Depth 5 3/4 inches, 15cm.
