A 19th Century Bronze of Two Greyhounds. The two greyhounds, one standing with her left foreleg raised, her tail curling under her body, as she looks downward toward the other greyhound crouching and looking toward her. They play around a ball lying on a base depicting an oriental carpet. The oval base with a stepped edge, the bronze impressed 'P J Mene', and also impressed 'COALBROOKDALE'. Date c 1870 Height 6 inches, width 8 1/4 inches, depth 4 1/2 inches.Ref: 20984
