A large and very impressive pair of early 19th brass candlesticks, the candlesticks with gun barrel candle holders, very broad dished drip pans with inverted bell undersides, standing on ring turned columns which taper down to a ring waisted socle, the plinths of triangular form, with chamfered corners and concaved outline.  The candlesticks raised up on paw feet to each corner.

Good, substantial casting and very impressive in a room!
