A 19th Century Circular Copper Lantern. The lantern with strap work and orb top finial, above the domed cover, decorated in relief with flowers and fruits. The circular body with green glass panels, held within vertical borders decorated with wiggle and bud motifs, joined by horizontal bands. The door opening to a central candle holder. The whole standing on lions paw feet and with a delightful patination. Date circa 1830. Height 15 inches, 39cm. Diameter 8 inches, 21cm.Ref: 22805
