The 19th century Dressing Mirror, with an arch top pediment. The pediment with lacquer and painted decoration depicting figures in a garden, beside a pond on which swims a duck. The frame spreading in a concave, and convex curve to a pair of scrolled toe feet, flanking the bowed lower edge. The whole frame with panels of lacquer flowers, against gilt scroll fill panels. The side edges of the frame with gilt line decoration, against a scarlet ground, the decoration repeated to the folding baluster and scroll profile easel back rest.
