An early 19th century gilt brass lamp base. The triform body with a central column cast as a rising, leaf decorated flower stalk, surrounded by three scrolled and leaf decorated brackets. The lamp holder cast as a flower head, and the base finished with a small bud finial.
The leaf brackets each standing on feet, formed as dolphin heads.
