A 19th Century Lamp Base. The lamp with a brass reeded vase finial, above the glass stem, of octagonal shape, the stem in fluted opaline panels, bordered by blue glass reeds. The panels decorated with gilt flowers and leaves, as the stem sweeps outward to a brass circular socle, above the two stepped square plinth base. The underside with cast ion loading. The lamp re wired and ready for use. Height 15 1/4 inches, 38.5cm. Width 6 1/4 inches, 16cm. Depth 6 1/4 inches, 16cm.Ref:
