18TH C DELFT APOTHECARY JAR

An 18th Century Delft Apothecary Jar. The jar with a rounded rim, and high collar, above the rounded body, mounted with a long spout, and broad handle. The body tapering to a ringed socle, thence spreading to the circular foot. The body titled 'O.HIPEDRICI' within a leaf and flower border. Height 9 1/2 inches, 24 cm. Width 9 1/2 inches, 24 cm. Depth 6 inches, 15 cm. Date c 1730.
