An 18th Century Delft Apothecary Jar. The jar with an ogee rim, over the tall collar, above the tall collar, above the rounded body, mounted with a long rising spout, and rounded edge handle. The body on a short ringed stem, spreading to the broad circular foot, with a recessed underside. The body decorated with a reserve of rising leaves and flowers. Date circa 1770. Height 8 inches, 20cm. Width 8 1/4 inches, 21cm. Depth 5 1/2 inches, 14cm.Ref: 23246
