18TH C DELFT CENTRE BOWL

An 18th Century Delft Centre Bowl. The rounded sloping sides painted in polychrome, with large flowers and leaves growing on the bank of a pond. Between the flowers, a dragonfly hovers. The Interior of the bowl decorated with swagged leaves. the bowl standing on a slightly outswept foot rim. Date c 1750. Height 4 inches, width 10 inches, depth 10 inches.
