18TH C DELFT CHARGER

An 18th Century Delft Charger. The plate with a sloping rim, banded with an ochre line, and decorated with feathering, surrounding scrolling bulbs and foliage. The centre of the charger decorated with a scene of a vase, filled to profusion with flowers, leaves and ferns. The rear with a small foot rim. Date circa 1780. Height 2 1/2 inches, 5cm. Diameter 13 1/2 inches, 35cm.
