18TH C DELFT CHARGER

An 18th Century Delft Charger. The charger with a broad sloping rim, decorated with scrolling ferns between blooming flowers within oval reserves. The centre of the charger filled with a large blossoming tree, growing within an oriental garden with extravagent flowers. The rear with a small raised foot rim. Date circa 1740. Height 2 inches, 5cm. Diameter 13 1/2 inches, 34cm.
