18TH C DELFT COW

An 18th Century Delft Cow Group. The cow standing with her head raised and looking to her left, as a milkmaid sits on a stool, in a long flowing dress and hat, milking over a bucket that stands on a naturalistic conforming plinth base. In excellent condition throughout. Date circa 1730. Height 6 3/4 inches, 17cm. Width 8 1/2 inches, 21cm. Depth 4 3/4 inches, 12cm.
