18TH C DELFT FLOWER BOWER

An 18th Century Delft Flower Bower. The flower bower of demi lune shape, the top with holes for flower stalks and a bulb. The rounded rim above the tapering body, finished with a rounded foot rim. The whole decorated with sprigs of flowers between double line banding. Date circa 1760. Height 4 1/2 inches, 12cm. Depth 4 1/2 inches, 12cm. Width 7 1/2 inches, 19cm.
