An 18th Century Delft Vase and Cover, the cover with leaf decorated finial, above an octagonal sloped body, decorated with leaves and blooms.  the vase with a high collar, and octagonal baluster shaping, tapering down to a small sloped foot.  The shoulders repeating the decoration of the cover, with a scene in the lower half of the vase depicting birds, butterflies and other insects amongst a verdant garden filled with flowers.  The underside with makers mark.
