A pair of late 18th century Delft vases.
Each with an octagonal, vertically reeded baluster shape.
The top rims above shoulders painted with scrolled leaves and spreading blossoms, this decoration repeated to the lower section of the body, and enclosing panels painted with scenes of ducks on a verdant river bank, alternating with panels of a lake scene, with a fisherman crossing a bridge, another man fishing on the lake bank, and the banks filled with trees and flowers. Other panels depict hanging lanterns in a maple tree.
The bodies with outward sloped foot rims,
Complete with bell shaped covers, topped by Lions, one noticeably chipped.
