An early 19th Century Folchs Ironstone China vegetable tureen, the lid with a rounded leaf scroll finial handle, and domed rounded octagonal shaping, covering a rounded octagonal body, tapering downward to waist, and spreading, slightly stepped foot rim. The body mounted with rabbit head handles and the body and lid attractively decorated with Chinese men at the able taking tea, with surrounds of rather exuberant flowers, trailing branches, and birds roosting amongst the foliage. The underside marked with a good armorial and "Folchs Genuine Stone China."
