An early 19th Century Davenport lidded basket weave dish, the oval lid with fine basket/rope twist decoration of an open form centred by a rope twist handle. The oval body with a fluted rim and foot surrounding the basket/rope twist sides. The underside impressed for "Warrented", a pattern number "50" and an anchor. Complete with a pair of matching circular dishes, likewise decorated and impressed.

Dish - H 2 1/2 inches; w  5 3/4 inches; d 4 1/2 inches.

Circular dishes H 1 3/4 inches; diameter 5 inches.
