Pair of late 18thC/Early 19th C Delft Polychrome Jug & Covers, each lid with an onion-shaped finial and domed top with broad rIm, the inner collar with lug to stop the lid falling off. The lids painted with trailing flowers. the baluster-shaped bodies painted with reserves depicting scenes of houses and spires, beside a river, boats and river banks. The bodies painted with flowers and leaf work replicating the lids, the undersides with maker's marks.
