A Vase and Cover. The early 19th century Vase and cover, the bell shaped cover with a classical vase finial, the cover sweeping to a broad rim, fitting within the outward swept rim of the main vase. The vase tapering into a rounded body, with a waisted socle and circular foot. The whole raised up on a re entrent sided plinth base. The cover finial, and lion masks mounting the rim of the body decorated in pink lustre, whilst all is decorated with colourful scenes of flowers and leaves. By Lockett and Hulme.
