LARGE 19TH C PEARL GLAZE JUG

A Large Pearl Glaze Kitchen Jug. The rim sweeping to a rounded and tapering spout, over the shoulders gently broadening to the straight sided body decorated with horizontal ring banding, before the foot, with a slightly recessed base. The jug mounted with a swept and tapering handle. Date circa 1870. Height 9 1/4 inches, 24cm. Width 10 1/4 inches, 26cm. Depth 7 1/2 inches, 19cm.
